Refund policy
Each flower is unique in its own natural way. They vary in shape, size and colour and as much as we try to replicate our designs for each other, we might not be able to produce exactly identical ones. We seek your understanding if there is any slight difference in your order and we hope that you will enjoy your flowers in its beautiful natural form.
Cancellation Of Order/ Changes to Delivery Date
Cancellation of order or changes to delivery date must be made at least 36 hours before the delivery of the order for regular flower orders, and at least 48 hours before for seasonal flowers. An administrative fee of 5% of your order value will be charged for cancellation. No fee will be charged for changing the delivery date.
For cancellation request received less than the stated time frame, only 50% of the value of your order will be refunded.
In the event seasonal or rare flowers have been purchased for your order, only a maximum of 50% of the value of your order will be refunded.
Please note that once the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed.
Cancellation Of Wedding Order/ Changes to Wedding Date
Cancellation of wedding order or changes to wedding date must be made at least 8 weeks before the original date. A cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the value of your order will be charged for cancellation.
For cancellation request received less than the stated time frame, only 50% of the value of your order will be refunded.
Postponement of the wedding date is at no charge if we are informed of it more than 4 weeks before the original date.
For postponement requests received less than the stated time frame, OR in the event seasonal or rare flowers have already been purchased for your order, a maximum of 50% of the value of your order will be charged.
Please note that once the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed.
Refund & Exchange Policy
As flowers are perishable items, if you are not satisfied with your order, kindly contact us at hello@theflowertale.com within 24 hours upon receipt of order. We will do an exchange for you as long as the order is returned in its original condition.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and traffic conditions, we will inform you of any possible late delivery via email or phone. If we have failed to inform you of any delivery that is more than 30 minutes later than your chosen delivery time frame, we will refund any delivery charges paid and up to 30% of the value of your order.
For any non-delivery, please contact us at hello@theflowertale.com within 3 hours after missing the chosen delivery time frame.
Substitution Policy
In order to make sure that your order is delivered on time and in its best condition, some substitutions of flowers or items might have to be done if they are not available or if they are not in season. Items or flowers substituted will be with similar ones of equal or higher value and we will ensure that the substitutions are made without affecting the overall presentation of the order.
